Abstract

The educational field is constantly transforming thanks to the incorporation of technologies, which motivated the exploration of the acceptance of holograms as an innovative technological resource to reinforce learning. The central objective was to design a holographic prototype to strengthen the teaching of Natural Sciences, with the aim of implementing it and evaluating its effectiveness and acceptance in the educational context. The research adopted a mixed-methods approach: a literature review was conducted to delve into theories relevant to the research problem, followed by observations and the application of an eight-item questionnaire to 25 Natural Sciences students. The results indicated a positive assessment, as the holograms reinforced the content developed in class and motivated the students. Furthermore, a favorable predisposition toward the incorporation of holograms in the educational environment was observed.
